Exchange Policy

You can exchange any product within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been worn or stained, is in its original packaging, and has all its hangtags and tickets intact. However, you must arrange for the shipment of the products back to us at your own cost. There are no refunds, but you may request store credit. There are no refunds or exchanges if you order an item with embroidery or monogramming.

If you have received a damaged product and are sending it back to us for an exchange, please return it to us via any means at your expense. Upon receipt we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of $5 per item and send you a product replacement at our expense. Please print and complete our return and exchange form below and include this form with your return product. You will not need any further authorization from us for a return.

Note: Exchange made for sizing or damaged product will not incur a restocking fee. Other exchanges will incur a $5 per item restocking fee. Items purchased from Clearance or Intimo-Outlet.com are sold on a final sale basis and can not be returned or exchanged.

Order Modification or Cancellation: Orders placed and not yet shipped can be modified for $5 per order charge. Orders processed to ship, but have not yet left our warehouse can be modified for $5 per item restocking / exchange charge. Please note that modified orders will take longer to process, as they will removed from the shipping process, and replaced as a current order. Orders returned for size exchange will not incur a restocking charge, and will require up to four working days of processing before they are shipped from our warehouse. We will strive to make order changes or cancellations as requested, however we can not guarantee that we will be able to make the requested changes.
