Shipping Policy

We strive to offer our customers the most efficient shipping service possible! We normally ship orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on the same business day, and orders placed after that on the following business day. Orders requiring monogramming or embroidery require up to seven days to process. These custom products are not returnable.

Domestic Shipping

All Shipments within the United States will be sent by First Class Mail / Package or Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before your checkout. Upon shipment you will receive an email confirming your package was shipped and instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment via www.usps.com. 

 International Shipping

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed online before you confirm your order.  Unfortunately, USPS does not offer service in every country (although they cover most). 

Different countries vary in length of time to deliver and duties of taxes imposed.  Many will not charge any duties at all for shipments from the USA.  However, if any duties  are levied, you will be the responsibility to pay them at country of destination. The declared value of your order will be for the value of the products only; shipping costs will not be included.

1. USPS Priority Mail International - USPS Priority Mail International includes USPS tracking. USPS Priority Mail is a low-cost, expedited international delivery service that is considerably faster than traditional mail delivery.  While we can’t guarantee any delivery dates with this method, the average shipment usually arrives in 6-10 business days (weekends are not included in this estimate). Prices are based on weight and destination country. To date, we have not experienced any problems with this shipping method, but please be prepared for extended delivery times, especially during the busy holiday periods.
2. USPS First Class Mail International - Orders shipped by First Class Mail International are trackable. Your shipment can be tracked throughout its transit, so an estimated delivery date can be forecasted as soon as the product has left our warehouse. Weight Limit: 4 Lbs.  Prices vary based on weight and destination. If a mail piece exceeds the maximum length, height, or thickness of one rate, it will be charged at the next higher rate. We can’t guarantee any delivery dates with this method, but the average shipment usually arrives anywhere from 7-21 business days (weekends are not included in this estimate). To date, we have not experienced any problems with this shipping method, but please be prepared for extended delivery times, especially during the busy holiday periods.

 Order Review Policy

We reserve the right to review and accept or reject orders placed online. We reserve the right to inform you of errors, omissions or inconsistencies that may have been present on our site, and to take action that we deem appropriate to correct the errors. We further reserve the right to decline an order placed on our site, and to release credit or refund payments for product that we are unable to ship for any reason.
